"I love Sally's, the store is great. The cashier, however, was unprofessional and rude. She was on a loud and rather inappropriate phone call with her mother while there were customers in the store waiting to be helped. Then when she finally got off of the phone she insulted my hair when I was there shopping for someone else entirely. When a woman in the hair color isle, clearly not satisfied with her recommendation, asked me how I got my hair the color it was, she came back into the isle with a hateful attitude to scold me for telling the woman what I did with my own hair! She lost two customers for the store that day. I will be going to the one by Marshall's from now on. I have never been as disrespected by an employee that is supposed to provide a positive and helpful experience."
