"I made my appointment on the phone and knew from the first time I spoke to Sonia that I was in good hands! Literally! She was easy to talk to and flexible with my schedule. The facility itself is clean and nicely decorated with plenty of parking. Very safe and cozy feeling. I came in for my appointment after dark and Sonia locked the front door behind us, which I appreciated! She asks pre screening questions to make sure you understand what you’re getting into and if you’re ready to be sugared, and then explains the history of sugaring and what care you should give your waxed area. She was attentive during my waxing and let me take as many breaks as I needed. My results are so smooth and I booked my next appointment right away. Sonia is very professional and put me at ease as someone new to sugaring (and waxing in general). Cleopatra’s and Sonia are both 5 stars!"
