"I love the Greenwich store! Shirley and Brandon made dropping off consignments so easy and helped educate me on how the process works from start to finish! Alexandra was so helpful in successfully transferring in some jewelry I wanted to see in person before making my purchase! Brooke, Brian, and Jalen were all so wonderful in assisting me with my shopping and I was impressed with their knowledge; their humor and kindness was an amazing addition to my experience! The store manager Mariela was the sweetest, and she has created quite the team in her store! Shopping or consigning, you can't go wrong at the Greenwich location!"

"How can an upscale store stay in business while losing consigned items and treating their "customers" so awfully? How can they not be held responsible for reimbursing the value of these items back to the Consignor, and why isn't the Owner on the premises to witness her store going down the tubes with these horribly ill-mannered. Without a suitable inventory system, and verifying the event that one of your reviewers mentioned how she was treated (she left the date and time) to safeguard expensive pieces such as these, hmm, I'd have to wonder who's helping themselves to the goods. You have to invest in sound security equipment and RFID tags. Have one of your floor people positioned near the door. I was going to make a trip to consign several designer bags (I have an awesome collection of Chanel) but, this place won't be getting my business."
