"Although my teeth do look great and the ladies there are great I was upset at the miscommunication by the dentist dr I was given through the process especially when they knew I had moved (told them before the process started). I wasn't told last time I visited that I was done so I literally spent money to take a plane and took the day off when I am trying to save PTO for my wedding in three months for them to tell me we will give you a complimentary updated retainer but you are all set. The lady who helped me apologized but Dr Rosenberg didn't. He tried to say they were never told I moved but I told him they should have it in there notes or system and hey there it was when he read my files back to me a few moments later. I wasn't even upset at him until he tried to gaslight me and justify why the miscommunication happened. Can't play with people's time and money like that."
