"I am a lucky new Hartford Dental Associates patient. Dr. Berry and his team had a cancelation, so I was able to get X-rays, an exam and cleaning the day I called rather than months later. My experience could not have been more positive. Kelly successfully challenged my Anthem insurance after they initially gave her incorrect benefits information. Heidi took a plethora of sharp photos and X-rays in record time. Dr. Berry (in a respirator helmet that looked like it came straight from Space-X) informed me about a new, non-invasive hidden cavity procedure the FDA just approved this year. Liz did the most thorough and painless cleaning I have ever experienced. And everyone took COVID precautions seriously with masks, face shields and room air purifiers. I also appreciated the calm ambient music playlist and free parking. While I can't yet speak from experience to the quality of Dr. Berry's work on fillings and crowns, my first experience suggests he and his entire staff are professional, competent and personable."
