"I got my first lash lift and tint there about a year ago and had a great experience. In early December I scheduled another appointment and my lashes turned out terrible. The girl struggled the whole process, and my eylashes didnt hold the curl for even a week. I messaged them and they were very nice about it and said they could redo them for free, they looked perfect right after the appointment. About an hour later my eylashes were overcurled and crunchy. The place also smelt terrible!"
