"My insurance authorized 2 root canals. Went to get the crowns made. Turns out 2 temporary fillings were put in. Pocketed the money for the 2 root canals. Tried telling me they need to have the insurance approve them again. It has been 2 months never heard a word. My lawyer will be contacting charter oak dental east main st new britain ct. FYI If your an adult and have 1 tooth extracted from decay insurance will NOT PAY FOR ROOT CANALS FILLINGS MANY THINGS. YOUR ON YOUR OWN AFTER THAT. If I lose these 2 teeth I will be cut ✂️ off. Dentist drives a Mercedes Benz. I even went somewhere else and needed the xrays they took. Refused so I came in and had a drilling and some temporary filling and had me off on my merry way. Revolving door of money and low quality results. Walk in cha ching. Walk out. Bbb will be notified and I'm in the top 20 percent of reviewers in ct. Lawsuits coming youwill regret this."

"Yes, as Tom and others mentioned here comments, it's useless location for such important parts of body called teeth, Yes, they are really sitting there just making appointments and appointments to make bills and get their payments, its better to make something else instead of clinic..."

"Worse dentist office, scheduled appointments for fillings, was told needed a root canal, find out that tooth was too far gone for a root canal and would break. Should just be removed. They didn’t want to hear it and tried to force me into the procedure. When I admittedly refused, they finally did a filling on another tooth, that filling fell out a week later and I said enough. They want to charge me again to refill the cavity so I’m done! Seems they are just seeking money and do not care for the patient, if you go here, get a second opinion, or don’t even bother, much better place across the street. That office said the filling was done improperly, well I’m not surprised. Don’t waste your time. Response to your reply, Yes it was your location and I am not the patient but related to the patient. I brought the patient there for their visits."
