"I understand you guys are low on staff but I don’t understand why you guys can’t call back at previous calls my dad made who PAID out of pocket. I have some blue block stuff left in my teeth and I never noticed them but thanks to a former assistant who use to work for CT braces (New Haven) pointed it out and she was the one pissed that it was never removed. She told me the dentist she worked with would never leave anything left behind. Another sad thing, you guys don’t even open on Fridays anymore or some Fridays..honestly disappointed. I’ve already had a previous issue with a secretary giving me an attitude..this recent one told me I will get a call back last week but never got any. Update the hours on google if you guys are not open on Fridays, and remove the text option since no one responds or replies three days later."

Alisyn greeted me and immediately made me feel more comfortable, she was friendly and compassionate. Team leader Denise took the time to come out to talk with me and ask me how I was feeling. Karla the TC was extremely gentle and caring when she took photos and X-rays of my injured mouth and teeth. Dr. Cass reviewed my photos and X-rays, he has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Cass took the time to explain how the trauma affected my teeth and explained all potential outcomes and options.
