"I was looking for a new dental office and decided to give Aspen dental a try since they were near my home. I did read some reviews and despite finding some -ones I thought I’d try it. It was not a great experience. I spent an hour and 40 minutes mostly waiting between going from room to room. When it was all set and done, I had only some x-rays and recommendation for expensive treatment and no Cleaning to show for it. I was told they would contact my insurance to determine what my out-of-pocket expenses would be and they would get back to me within the day. Four days later I called and was told that they were so busy which is why they never reached out to me. Needless to say, I’m one and done and will not be going back."

They were very organized, professional, explained everything to me and what it would cost. The technician did an excellent job reconstructing her tooth and it was done in an hour and a half.
