"I have been visiting this office for many years, and the office staff is kind, caring, and they answer the phone quickly, and are eager to help. Dr.Fliegelman is the most experienced kind and knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. He is an experienced diagnostician. He is a physician who you would want to take care of you, along with the helpful front staff who assist anything needed. I have also seen Dr. Levin, and he is top-notch. "Dr. Levin repaired my deviated septum many years back and it greatly improved my breathing, sleeping, and allergy considerations. Since then, I had been reading more and more about balloon sinuplasty, and talked myself into thinking I needed it to further improve my outlook during pollen season. Dr. Levin examined me carefully and told me candidly that I did not need the procedure and it would not have the imagined effect. "Can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. I've seen both Dr. Levin and Dr. Fliegelman over the past few years for some intermittent tonsil and sinus concerns. Both doctors are lovely and care about their patients. I've had a history of enlarged tonsils since I was a child, but beginning this fall I had been having reoccurring infections that wouldn't clear despite several rounds of different antibiotics. After a consultation with Dr. Fliegelman and several follow up phone calls to have additional questions answered, I decided to have them removed. A tonsillectomy as an adult is less than pleasant, but I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Fliegelman. The day of the surgery went smoothly, and everything went as well as it could have. Dr. Fliegelman even called later that evening to check in which was very thoughtful. As a panicked patient, I did have many questions throughout the healing process, and the office was always great with same day call backs to answer the many questions that I had. Unfortunately about a week and a half into healing, I had a somewhat common complication that had to be addressed at the ER. Dr. Fliegelman was with us every step of the way and met us at the local ER during the early morning hours. He expedited the very lengthy and ineffective ER procedures and prioritized getting me into the operating room as soon as possible. He thoroughly explained all discharge instructions to my husband and we were home in a matter of hours. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this practice to family and friends. It is nearly impossible to find caring doctors who prioritize patient comfort these days. Although the surgery and recovery have been challenging, I know I made the right choice and was in good hands! Thank you Dr. Fliegelman and team!"

"I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks back for my 10 month old who is getting chronic ear infections to see Dr. Fliegelman. The appointment was scheduled for today at 3:30 PM. I received a phone call stating that Dr. Fliegelman would be out and that Dr. Levin would be able to see my son at 3 PM. I called my mother and arranged for her to pick my son up at daycare for his appointment and take him to the doctors as i'm a single mother of 2 and I work until 3:30 PM. Once my mother arrived with my son, she was told that the doctor can not see him because it is protocol for parent to be there on the initial visit. i was never told that. The woman at the front desk asked my mom if she would like to reschedule, my mother explained to her that i work full time so this is a huge inconvenience and that she would not be rescheduling. The woman responding with an enthusiastic "OK" and slammed the window on my mother."

"I was beyond pleased with my experience as a patient of Dr. Levin. I was able to get an appt within a week's time. I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating front office staff, and my wait time was about 10 minutes. Dr Levin was attentive and thorough. He was careful to explain the different procedures of the exam, and throughout was very considerate of my comfort. After examining me, he explained my options very thoroughly. He requested a chest x-ray, and called late in the day to let me know the results were fine, so I wouldn't worry. Advanced Radiology said the expect the doctor's call a day later, and I appreciate getting the results so promptly. Very experienced, competent and caring Doctor."
