AFC Urgent Care Fairfield

"This was one of the most professional and best treatments that I have received from an urgent facility. All the staff members were exceptional. I came in with COVID19. The front staff was very professional and accommodating they were able to fit me in as a walk-in. The medical assistant was extremely knowledgeable, asked the correct questions, and measured my vital signs correctly. I usually have blood pressure between 100/60 to 110/118. She got 102/68. Usually, people who don't know how to properly measure would say 120/80 (regular blood pressure), but she was precise and measured it correctly. The doctor was phenomenal. She reviewed my covid test and referred me to the hospital for more extensive care. She gave me a form so that they could take me right in when I arrived. This really helped, and because of her ability to properly diagnose me and refer me to the hospital, I was able to get seen right away, and now I'm admitted to the hospital."

"The front desk, nurses, doctor, and entire staff are so incredibly kind and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make a visit to urgent care as comfortable and quick as possible. I went with my young son and the receptionist allowed us to wait elsewhere and called when we were going to be next. The nurses were very sweet with him. The doctor was very helpful and informative as well as reassuring. I even watched the office administrator come out to the lobby to personally assist four different people with filling out their paperwork. This urgent care is always a positive experience."

"The staff is wonderful. The Dr was great. My only reason for giving this facility 3 stars is because the wait to be seen was so long, and when you're not feeling well that seems like an eternity. I honestly thought I was going to pass out a couple of times. Wish there was some way to facilitate being seen. Hospitals are worse when it comes to waiting to be seen. This is an overall problem with emergency medicine in general."

"My PA was absolutely brilliant! Najeem actually treated my injury very well. He was able to use a technique to drain out the blood from the thumb releasing pressure and made me feel much better"

"Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and nice! And with four people in front of me I was seen relatively quickly. Kelly the nurse practice as very kind and listened to my symptoms and I felt she cared that I wanted to feel better. The nurse I saw before meeting the doctor was very nice and really funny! I would definitely come back to this AFC again."
