"This agency reviews all the guidelines in order to process payments. If the children don’t receive the mandated services and the reports are not provided to the agency, they will investigate because they are in business to service their children first. I am a NYC school teacher who had sent lots of families to this agency in my 32 years of practice. My son received services at 2 Year’s of age and he is now serving the country in the Air Force. I want OCF to continue putting the children first."
