Disrespectful and extremely racist. If I could give them zero stars, I'd give them negative 5. That's how bad. Just don't do it, go anywhere else."

"My 4 year old son just had a complete panel drawn (5 tubes) and I cannot speak highly enough of the 2 women who helped us. They got him on the first stick, and we’re done in under a minute. He was crying the entire time (obviously) but they were so calm and professional!!! I would recommend this location to anyone with young kids or hard veins. Thank you ladies!!!!"

"Had the worse experience with my 1 year old daughter tourniquet should not be more than 1 min in your harm , your arm can go nom specially in little kids and if u don’t have the proper stuff or staff to help you don’t draw blood , because you can hurt their veins try to hired better phlebotomist . This has been the worse experience never again !!!!"

"Horrible experience, I've been working with patients for 17 years plus... is hard to realize that not everyone is passionate about what they do... my suggestion is that the front office at this location needs to be either retrained or removed from this site... our patients from the Bridgeport area deserve to be treated equally with respect, compassion, assistance, understanding and direction... NOT to be Disrespect in no way or mistreated... it happened to me today I just can't imagine how they treat the patients... and to whoever reads and replies back to this reviews don't just apologize it's not your fault, but please do something to better the costumer service at this location... remember, patients also keep a business running..."
