"As for the doctors, I have no complaints, but the customer service staff is lousy. First they leave you waiting for a long time without anyone answering the phone, then, when someone finally wants to answer the call, they always do it in English, later, a person who speaks English (again) answers you and they leave you waiting another long time. To be able to talk to someone who speaks Spanish is chaos, I also don't understand why the calls are so late. If they could change the long waiting time and the possibility to be able to communicate in Spanish immediately, it could save us a lot of time. I hope they take Hispanics into account, since we are a large community in this city… also, I hope, they take my comment into account. P.S., I call another clinic that is right here in Bridgeport, that is not from the southwest community health center and the calls are answered quickly and in Spanish."

"The obgyn department is so nice. I love Alisha that's my girl she keep it straight up wit u and shes all about her job. I went recently and met a LPN named Jennifer and she was really nice sweet and gave me good conversation. I love a genuine vibe and she was pretty good. Plus she was new I couldn't even tell she did her job so well."

"I go to Albion street. Gary spinner is a great doctor. Always keeps my vaccines updated, and provides great treatment. Never waited more than 10 minutes in waiting room. And if I have a issue I'm given an appointment most times the same day or next. Brian Gallegos is also great. Always returns my calls and is friendly and helps a lot. Overall I give them 5 stars."
