"At first the office was good. They treated me well and my children. I am going to be switching pcp’s because I called about my newborn’s discomfort with constipation and never received a call and was told that the message was never sent to the doctor! Unprofessional and disgusting."

"Sad to be leaving this practice after 5 years but it is time to move on. While, Dr. Nunez was an excellent practitioner who truly cares about her patients, she is no longer at the practice and there has been a decline in integrity. Policies have changed for the worst! The lab is now closed so that means that only the doctors can give vaccines so you now need to schedule a visit a practitioners visit simply for a vaccine. If you are late, they will cancel you even if your child is immunocompromised and at risk for serious infection. Unacceptable and uncaring."

"I transferred my kids here hearing it was the best in the Bronx. I am an office manger in a private practice for a Neurologist. When I tell you this pediatrics office is horrible. They are not flexible at all. Any documents you ask for your OWN KID its a new process, new rules every time. No way my son had a physical and I call to requested the report and the guy who answered me today 8/29/2022 wants to go and tell me they process changed and I have to wait two weeks. I told him you know school starts next week and he basically told me it was my own problem. I do not feel like they were helpful to me at allllll. Every paper they give you you have to pay for. The first doctor office for kids who does this. They just do too much and for the horrible service you get. Never again and I highly do not recommend."

"I’ve been coming to this clinic with my three children for the past 3 years. I was surprised by the professionalism and care that we were given. Unfortunately the care has been declining for the past year. This week I went for my sons annual physical. My son is autistic and I have a difficult time when it comes to immunizations and lab work. I was referred to an outside office and did not feel comfortable. I called the next day and tried to give it a second try for his lab work and I was denied service. First I was told bloodwork is no longer being done there. When I explained I was just there yesterday and bloodwork was being done they placed me on hold. Then they proceeded to tell me that the supervisor stated he had to go to the outside referral. I feel physically and mentally exhausted for the most part of my day. I think my son and I were discriminated due to him being autistic. I also feel they could be more empathetic. Very disappointed and don’t think I will ever be taking my children there again. Horrible experience, almost felt ashamed and defeated."

"I’ve been taking my kids to this clinic for over five years and at first I was very pleased with their service but over the past year and a half… things took a turn for the worst. I have been told to call if I’m running late, so that’s what I did. I was told I will be seen. Took a cab, got there, they did not see my son who was 6 months at the time because we were late … my son had a bad cold. I was told to come back in three hours? That is totally unprofessional. No to mention, the last time he was seen I was billed! I called three, maybe even four times to present them with the correct Medicaid information. Very dissatisfied and I Will no longer be sending my kids here. They sent me a bill but not one staff member has called to follow up on my sons condition. By the way, my son hasn’t even received his last two 1st year vaccinations because this clinic is really falling apart and is becoming really unprofessional with just scheduling an appointment. Well thankfully, my son didn’t have Covid. But nice to see how much they really care about the little patients that they make money off! Not to mention the revolving doors of doctors, I have yet to see a doctor by the name of Denise Nunez."
