"Doctors are very good, the reason of the 3 stars is customer service in the front desk, the girl in the admin desk wanted to discuss billing which I believe is confidential, that should be only discussed by billing department. Also some of the nurses are rude with no professionalism. Besides that is a good facility, doctors are doing great here, I love doctor Gardner she is so lovely with my baby and inspires me trust. She has given me great advices specially because i am first time mom."

"I’m so impressed with the care under Dr. Henle and the team. My son got upset when he knew that he would get the vaccine. Somehow he ran out from the office. And Two nurses and the person at the front desk, Maria, helped me capture him, and finally gave him a quick shot on his arm. Dr. Henle gave me a call that evening to make sure my son was feeling ok. I’m so thankful that my son has the best doctor and a caring team. It wasn’t an easy day for me and my son, but I’m glad that I have the best people who care about us. Thank you so much."

"We absolutely love all of the doctors at PEDSNY. We go to the Scarsdale location, and though it’s just short of a 30 minute drive, we’ve gotten the best care for our under-a-year baby. We switched from a closer pediatrician that we were miserable with, after receiving a recommendation from a family friend, and it was the best decision for our baby - who has had constant illness from his first few months in daycare. From COVID to RSV to the never ending ear infections- the doctors are thoughtful, clear communicators, proactive, and thorough every time. We’ve been to the office so much this fall that we’ve seen pretty much everyone and it’s hard to name a favorite! Absolutely trust them all and they make the out of the way trip very worth it."

"This practice is amazing. We LOVE Dr. Bandera as our primary pediatrician but we have also seen most of the other pediatricians for sick visits and they are all really great. They are knowledgeable and caring. When you are in medicine yourself you have a high expectation for the people who care for you and your family and this practice always meets my expectations.
