"I feel the Dr was very thorough and took his time. The woman at the front was very helpful and saved me a lot on my contacts by checking my benefits and she was super nice. Reccomend!!"
"We showed up to two scheduled appointments with Dr. Nguyen. I was given the incorrect paperwork- with someone else’s name and information. After completing the paperwork, we saw a doctor(?) who was not introduced to us but was not Dr. Nguyen. After my boyfriend had his exam, he was escorted to check out glasses. The very pushy sales girl move him away from cheaper frames to ones that cost $350 plus lenses. His insurance does not cover glasses or contacts and he only uses his glasses occasionally- like twice a month in the evenings. After my exam was over I was told I owed an additional $55 for my contact exam- this was not disclosed prior to the exam occurring. The gentleman at the register insisted that I pay immediately for the contact exam even though my boyfriend and I were paying together and he was still shopping. The whole experience was super weird and unprofessional. I will note that I have previously purchased glasses from this location with customer service from Dawn and she was wonderful- she was not there yesterday. The staff that we dealt with yesterday was really unprofessional."
"Such a pleasant experience between the doctor & exam, very thorough but efficient, and friendly. The two ladies out front were very friendly and helpful, I was able to get a great deal on contacts and glasses, the contacts were half the price than those on 1-800 Contacts! I will definitely be back!"
