"I suspect Dr. Marat Gitman might have cheated his way through med school, find another PCP. I have never seen anyone so woefully uneducated in their field. A patient shouldn't have to explain the opiate epidemic to you, or show you the studies and research of post acute damage, not in 2022, not after all that's happened. I am two years sober and was looking for help dealing with my long term symptoms. I was told "diet and exercise" (after providing a full journaled expierence showing that I did so, which he ignored) and was also told that he "doesn't know enough about it" and that he "doesnt have any recommendations or referrals." He then took my BP, which was very high, ignored it, and when I mentioned it was high he said "it's probably fine." Extremely concerning. I was treated as a drug seeker the second I walked into his office and after multiple visits I realized that's all he would see me as. I genuinely wanted help with my symptoms and want to maintain my sobriety from opiates as it's the most important thing in my life. I felt disgusting and untrusted. Do not seek treatment or medical advice from Dr. Marat Gitman, especially if you are in recovery and are looking for long term solutions. Go somewhere else. FOLLOW UP: I've since found other primary care and have been diagnosed with a cervical spine injury, as well as benign tumors growing in my neck and jaw that have been surgically removed and we are investigating further. If it wasn't for this "doctor" wasting years of my time I would have been ahead of this much faster. I have maintained my sobriety as well, December marked 3 years clean, and my health remains my first priority. I'm sure he doesnt even remember me but I'll always remember you for what you are, mister Gitman. My only wish is that you lose sleep over your terrible failures."

"Front desk need retraining on how to be kind to people, always on her phone or gossiping with other staff. Most rooms are filthy, Dr.Gitman it's kind and his M.A Belize are mostly in time, Belize was always cleaning and disinfecting everything, the rest of the staff needs to be replaced. I know Autum personally and she is not a clean person I don't think she has the clinical skills to provide accurate medical care. So sad to hear that Belize its no longer working with Dr.Gitman, she was fast and efficient, and she will always say let's get you in and out , so sad to hear other staff talk bad about her . That's very unprofessional from the rest of the team including the nurses and mangers."

"Very bad service I was waiting for my appointment for one week and they called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel my appointment and they said you can renew another appointment next week‘that’s ridiculous I am sick and this doctor doesn’t care about his patients"

"If you want my honest opinion, it's a doctors office for people who are usually using husky. So dont expect a great doctor and kind employees. The lady at the front desk is usually very kind, and so are most of the nurses. But the doctor I had was extremely uncomfortable to be around. He didn't look at me most of my visit, he didn't ask me anything other than what was on the computer and all in all its a very unwelcoming place to be. But they get the job done which is all that really matters, but if youre able to go somewhere else, do it."

"Okurrrr! Liz is so freaking awesome and she is on it. She realizes the importance of everything. Moving out of state I need my boys medical records one of the staffers told me to go online. Liz asked the ages and notified me I couldn’t go online got my paperwork together walked through it with me highlighted everything. She asked a lot of important questions that she didn’t have to but that’s going above and beyond. And she made sure to print my boys immunization records for the new school and I was thinking I had to wait on the mail for the record. Top a freaking Tier do you hear me. Thank you Liz you have me this easier for me."
