"Some of the worst service i’ve ever experienced. I came in complaining about a possible kidney infection after I came to them about a UTI 2 weeks ago and they gave me antibiotics late (which I had to call for because they never called me about the labs). The nurse came in and he said the doctor will be in shortly. I waited for an hour in severe pain. The nurse then comes in and says “you are all set to go” and I have to explain to him that the doctor NEVER came to see me. His response is “oh” and walks out. 15 minutes later he comes back in and says “oh by the way, could you give me a urine sample?” I could not, and he walks out again. An hour and 30 minutes have now passed, so I walk out because the doctor never came to see me (now I feel i need to go to an actual hospital) and I see them on their phones. I ask for my money back and leave. Pretty awful experience."

"the people at the front desk are always so rude, and you can tell that they are just there for the money. The actual doctors are alright, but I feel like they have no clue what they are talking about."

"Place has gone down hills. The front desk was literally drinking a smoothie she didn’t even say hello or bothered to put the drink down to take care of a patient. There’s no great service here at all. They don’t take their patients seriously, no privacy at all as i can hear everyone at the nurse station talking about other patients in the room. It’s very sad! this place is not even considered medical professional all around. They hire whoever and they don’t take their job seriously how REAL medical professionals should be. I’ll not be coming here again and will not recommend anyone too. A report is definitely needed for this place. As a patient and formal employee DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Atmosphere: Decor reminds me of the doctor's office of the 90s and early 00s from childhood, which is kinda comforting. 4/5 Reception: was pretty nice but I did not deal with the older receptionist everyone seems to mention, but if you have the young blonde she's very nice and bubbly. Didn't call me out for zoning out looking at a bug on the desk. 5/5 Wait time: Went in the early afternoon and there was no one else there. Got in and out in like 20min. 5/5 Nurse: pretty nice took my vitals quickly. Mis-gendered me but it wasn't malicious so all good. 4.5/5 Dr.: Had Melissa we both agreed on my symptoms and so it was only like a 2min chat. Seems nice and didn't talk down/ over explain to me like some doctors have so that's worth mega points to me. 5/5 Overall: glad my Dr's office recommended the place since I wouldn't be able to see my pcp within 2 days. Would tell others to come here"

"Wouldn't go here for any DOT related drug tests unless you want to have them forget to submit paperwork and delay your license and how you make a living. Very, very, very disappointed by how this was handled and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I always recommend this place to people and now I will never go here again. Side note, one of the receptionists is awesome, but the other older lady is very mean, and will promise you one thing and then deny it when she doesn't follow through. She is definitely on some sort of power trip."
