"I saw Dr. Zachs for a rather routine procedure in April of 2022. Upon leaving, I was instructed to follow-up with the office in a few weeks to determine if a second procedure would be necessary. I called several times but was unable to get through to anyone. I left messages requesting a callback, but nothing. I then received an email that I had an outstanding balance due, and that a paper copy would be mailed to me. Weeks went by, no bill in the mail so I decided to call the office to follow-up. Same scenario as above, unable to speak with anyone, left messages saying I had an outstanding bill I wanted to take care of... but no response (even to pay a bill!) A year later I still receive emails stating that I have a balance and will receive a paper copy. Each time I receive one I call the office to straighten it out, but all I get is a busy tone. Doesn't matter the time of day or the day of week, no one answers the phone. I suppose if you're looking for free treatment you could try going here (lol).. but if you're looking for even an ounce of customer service or the capacity to follow-up with the office or Dr. with questions, concerns, etc., look elsewhere. This place is the worst."

"I have tried for a week to schedule an appointment. I have been hung up on twice on different days, once I was hung up on and they turned on the answering service so I couldn’t call back (this was 4:15 pm and they close at 5). I have also sat on hold for over 90 total minutes. Still no appointment. I’m sure the front office is under staffed or over worked, but still a 1 star experience."
