"My wife had an appointment here and went to the office, and was informed her appointment was cancelled and she had been called. Not record of missed call or voicemail on either of our phones.. rebooked and then tried 5 times to confirm the appointment but always put on hold and no callbacks. Can't comment on the actual doctors as never spoke to them! The added stress is funny when trying to help mental health issues! Also the front desk didn't help at all and was so rude when she tried to confirm the app! So NEVER go to this place ,the worst so far ! If we had missed appointment then would have been "fined"."
"The Waynik Group is by far the WORST office for your psychiatric needs! Office is always overbooked, appointments are canceled by staff without notifying you, staff all needs to be fired!!! Their Trumbull office is even worse than the Fairfield office. If you value your mental health, DO NOT CHOOSE THE WAYNIK GROUP!! You will get better care talking to the drunk on a street corner!!!"
