"Reffered by my surgeon here, Called Friday 10/6/23 the receptionist took my information didn’t make an appt and abruptly told me the office was closed for the day this was at 12:23 pm… online it says they stay open till 5, today 10/10/23 I called trying to make an appt agian and was hung up on. I actually work in the same medical park as this office so I decided to stop in on my break to be rudly denied an appt, couldn’t even get a consult they said they didn’t work with magnacare insurance (didn’t even bother to look at my card). I let her know I was willing to pay out of pocket it wasn’t a problem & HoW convenient it was for me because they’re located near my job. She told me she wouldn’t accept an out of pocket payment method and I needed to go elsewhere - this review is not to knock the doctor but he needs different staff horrible experience & I let my surgeon know not to refer anyone to this office anymore as well. Do not recommend also had my co workers call & say they were reffered and had magnacare and she was offered an appt so I’m not sure why I wasn’t given the option."

"If there is a negative score I will be willing to give it. The woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude. As a result, I have no way to get treatment from doctors, of course... With such a staff team, I don't want to try doctors"

"I went to see Dr Guo for neck pain. I told him my neck hurt after working out at the gym. He talked me into doing thousands of dollars worth of tests and in the end he said my neck muscle was just sore. My out of pocket expenses where hundreds of dollars."

I have been getting migraines for Some time now on and off now and he has helped me tremendously. Takes necessary tests to rule out anything that could be if major concern and then delivers!
