"I haven’t even met this “health care professional” yet. I was recently switched to Donna because my previous primarily left the practice. But the experience of just trying to get my prescription filled has been awful. It took over a week last month to try and get my prescription. She put it under the wrong name to the pharmacy so they couldn’t find it. Only sent in one month so my insurance wouldn’t cover. This month, I called in again and was very specific on the name and quantity that I needed. I called the pharmacy and it was still wrong. I called the office again at 9am this morning and reiterated to send it over under the correct name and quantity (my insurance only covers 3 months) and as of 4pm, it’s still not right. Now I’m forced to pay out of pocket (again) because I cannot trust that Donna will fix it prior to me needing it. I will be leaving the practice all together because I no longer have faith that Starling is hiring quality health care workers. I wouldn’t trust Donna making a hot dog, let alone with my healthcare. Truly awful experience."
