"I went to the expo in vegas this year for the 1st time. I talked to many vendors, but I can honestly say, when I got to the invictus booth, they were the only ones that were really welcoming. When I was checking out all the jewelry, I didn't get the "buy or leave" vibe like other vendors. Christian is awesome. I met him at the expo. And over the past month. I have ordered more invictus jewelry than any other company. I have 2 giant display cases with about 15 invictus displays in each, full of jewelry. Christian is always there to put my orders through instantly. No waiting, and he gets it shipped out the same day. Even when he's off hours, he still answers his phone with any concerns I have. That is real customer service from people who really take pride in their company. And not just there for a pay check. So now I'm putting in orders weekly because business is booming, and 99% of my piercings are with invictus jewelry daily. Thank you guys for making an amazing product and being there every second when needed."

"This is got good/high quality jewelry like they claim and advertised it as. First off most if not all of the styles that look bezel set are in fact not. The edges have never had a bezel closure and the gems are in reality glued in. As I was told not glue just epoxy from a rep. I've had several pieces break and fall apart including their so called implant grade titanium. Literally pieces just falling off and stone just dropping out. It was then implied that it could be customers error. #1 I've never had over a dozen pieces break from any other company that is well known and implant grade. #2 I know several shops across mutipul states that have had the same issues with this jewelry. It was also implied that the issues could be caused by the statim or chemical sterilization. #1 how do you sell jewelry that can not be Medically sterilized in any way. #2 how is it high quality or implant grade if it can't be sterilized. I asked for a refund on all of the pieces I have left. I told them I would make sure they were clean, unused, and bagged for shipping back to them. At that time I was told they only allow exchange/ return of defective pieces. Clearly they have a defective system other then just their jewelry. You can also go online as well as Facebook. Their are hundreds maybe even thousands of piercers saying the same thing about this company. Everything about them is sketchy and the rep kept Insisting that I place another order. I'm completely over this situation. They didn't want to settle this privately as a professional. So now this will be on a public forum. It is completely disrespectful to sell crab jewelry for high quality neometal prices and refuse to fix the situation. I will not continue with this brand nor would I recommend any other piercers to use them. Edit I also forgot to mention that they're so called titanium in a lot of cases doesn't even anodize it just Burns because it's really just steel."
