"Do NOT GO TO! I will NEVER go to this ulta again! I would give it 0 stars if i could. I have YET to have a good experience at the Norwalk location. I have never been made more uncomfortable as customer at a store before, & its literally been every single time ive gone. The staff is condescending & not helpful whatsoever. They are judgey & talk to you like your stupid for asking them questions. Or get annoyed & roll their eyes when they do have to help you. I would rather use the app to shade match me at this point. The last time i was there The same employee followed me into every aisle asking if I needed help in every aisle with an with an attitude! Come to find out she's the manager, & she is by far the worst, and rudest staff member of all! disgusting. Today I was followed into every aisle & not once asked if i needed help. I purposely only bring in my wallet & phone because the staff makes me feel as if I'm stealing or a criminal ..or doing something wrong by testing the TESTERS! last time I bought something without testing it they gave me a hard time about returning 2 days later! I bought 1 thing today only because I needed it asap. But I will be taking my $ elsewhere."

"0/10 experience and 100% has to do with the lady in the lab coat with blondish/ginger puffy hair that many people in the reviews have been talking about. Not sure how she’s still there with the same complaints about her. She was the first person I saw when I walked into the store- asked a question about my bronzer as to why it’s splitting when I apply it…… rude to me from the start, telling me to hurry and just “ ask my question already” and treated me as I was a complete idiot. Kept making condescending questions as to what happens when oils and water mix…… literally never been spoken to in such a patronizing way. So to conclude if you’re new to makeup or just have questions in general DO NOT go here, they will treat you like you’re the dumbest person on earth."

"I have tried so many different places for eyebrows and never loved any of them until I started seeing Jess here! She is so meticulous and I always love how my eyebrows look after a visit with her. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they’re never too thin or too dark. The eyebrow mapping she does makes such a difference and it’s so appreciated that she shows me the progress after each step to make sure im happy. Thank you Jess!"

"The best Ulta, the staff here is always kind, friendly, and very helpful. One time asked if they had a hair dye color in stock because it said it was available online, but wasn’t on the shelf. The gentleman went out of his way to look in the back for me and found it, awesome service"

"Came here to purchase some of my fave products, all was good until I got in the. The girl behind the counter with the blond hair was very snobby. It took her a while to even find my account, which I never have a problem with, and not to mention before I even walked up to her register, and seem like she didn’t want to serve me to begin with. This makes me not want to come back to this, Ulta, and frankly, I’m tired of going, and make up stores and people act in snobby. This is why I stopped going to Sephora. I will be reaching out to corporate that’s unacceptable I did nothing to that girl. She act as if I was inconveniencing her. She said my name I corrected her and she then went and purposely said my name wrong again. So disrespectful. This is how you lose customers hiring people like that. Zero stars."
