It is a short walk to Newcomb Hollow with literally miles of uninterrupted beach walking. A shady patio area is perfect for reading and resting and meals outside. "We stayed for a week in The Boathouse on Pleasant Bay. The host and hostess couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with, even providing delicious stuffed clams on our first evening there. The view over Pleasant Bay is simply spectacular - my favorite body of water! The kitchen is fully equipped and all the appliances seem to be new. Definitely a cozy living room area with access to the deck. I think this rental is more suited to 2 people but there is a 2nd bedroom with twin beds. Being right on the water creates an unusual sewer system but it's manageable. My only recommendation is to install a higher toilet! Since the weather was sort of crummy the week we were there we would love to have had a wood burning fire but the fireplace is not operational at this point. I would recommend changing that. Otherwise, this rental is a wonderful spot!"

"We rented 36023 on Seaview Ave in South Yarmouth. It was perfect little space for our stay late August. It was so close for a light walk to great beaches. The patio was private and peaceful. We loved the pool which we had to ourselves. WENDY our hostess was simply amazing and made everything so wonderful! Our party was 2 adults and 2 kids..highly recommended!"
