"My watch needed a battery ( a simple fix) and after visiting the mall and 2 jewelers in the area that did not have someone on staff to replace the battery, I stopped at Father & Sons. Alex took care of it on the spot within minutes. While I was there, I discussed with him engagement rings. I had some knowledge on diamonds and wanted to see what they would recommend and there views on the prices compared to the color, clarity, & cut. I found that Alex was very thorough in his explanation of diamonds as well as taking time to listen to what was important to me. I was more focused on the clarity ad cut and it was nice to see the Alex was focusing on that first when asking of what I wanted. Within a few days, he had a few diamonds for me to look at the met my criteria. He gave me his honest opinion and I had to agree. He made a custom band based on what my now fiancée wanted and the price for the diamond and band were very fair and reasonable. Additionally, I wanted a necklace for my fiancée's daughter. He did not just give me a necklace with a diamond, but a Tiffany necklace and key in the shape of a heart. This was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I told him what I was looking for, he pulled it out and said this is what you need!!! My lady was beyond ecstatic and loves the ring as she received exactly what she wanted.
