"Please be aware. This is a scam subscription company which I wasn't aware of when I ordered earrings. Now they're sending me jewelry I didn't order. There are no refunds and no way to speak to someone! Even their "chat" line disconnects you."

"Avoid this company !!! They have sent me a necklace that i did not order and charged my account$59.95. I called them and returned this necklace with their return label. Still the charge abd says my time has expired to return. Now today another piece of their cheap jewelry, tennis bracelet, has arrived with tiny print that says I am a member of a monthly jewelry club which I DID NOT sign up for. Will have to talk to bank once again tomorrow. The marketing agents and owners should be sued. This is the worst on line experience I have ever had."

"I did not sign up for anything with this company I did not order anything from this company they charge me 59.95 and when I contacted the company they said that I ordered silver earrings and a silver necklace I’m allergic to silver there’s no way I ordered any of those things they refused to give me a refund said I have to return the items which I never ordered or received I’m gonna have to file a dispute with the bank to get my money back stay away from this company fraudulent business practices. When you return my money I’ll be more than happy to remove my review. The most interesting part is that my bank statement says I was charged for a free trial 5995 for a free trial scam artist"

"SCAM!!!! Run fast!!! I tried to order just earrings that were free, I had to pay only shipping and handling. The site would not let me finalize the order leaving me thinking that it never took. An hour later I tried again. This time I was able to finalize it. Ten minutes later my online banking showed that I was charged for an earring and necklace set and a separate order for just earrings. The company REFUSED to let me speak to someone to clear up this matter. I had screenshots showing that I never ordered anything other than a pair of earrings. They put extra orders on your card then you have to pay to return them. I was screwed twice."
