"Exceptional products, great customer service. Made my first order a few weeks back - prices were fair (good stuff ain't cheap, cheap stuff ain't good...) got coils and love them - well assembled and clearly labeled in the packaging, plenty of wire to work with, went in with no issues. Got a couple mags to try from them (smart marketing move Pulse) - tried them on a tribal piece and loved them. Ordered liners and mags and tubes on my next order and one of the boxes was the wrong item. In brief (and very entertaining) phone call I had my order straightened out and the correct item sent out. HIGHLY recommend this business. Website doesn't load very quick but I got some time to spare it's worth the wait."

"Extremely rude owner who was frustrated when I could not explain what I was looking for fast enough for him (so he assumed I must not be a professional). I had my husband stop there after my doctors appt because I don’t get out that way often so I was a little under the weather since I am only 3 days post double mastectomy and I am not thinking quite as fast. I didn’t even bother telling him I was a professional or even giving him the time of day after how rude he was. So I left and will not give him ANY business at all!"
