"I called to fill a prescription. I was told when they contacted my insurance that a preauthorization was needed which I obtained. When I went to pick up the prescription after the preauthorizaton went through, I was told Walgreens wasn’t contracted with my insurance and I would have to pay the cash price. Why did they not tell me they didn’t take my insurance when I gave them my info originally? They were obviously in touch with my insurance company for the preauth….They wasted my time."

"Moved into the area not too long ago. Usually go to Manchester. The first time I came here I was followed around by the beauty department employee and felt like a criminal. The pharmacy is really a big joke. They have told me several times they had to close early because of short staffing. Couldn’t get my medicine that day. I went here to fill some antibiotics for my son with severe strep and was told I had to wait 8 hours. Not sure what kind of pharmacy says this to a customer but she was very rude and wouldn’t even process the medication while I was there at the register so I could pick it up somewhere else. She left it unopened so no matter what Walgreens I went to they couldn’t pull it up on their system. She was the one who told me to go to another Walgreens."

"I called this Walgreens pharmacy ahead to make sure I could pick up a prescription for my kids. I usually use their drive-thru service especially when I have my little ones with me but I needed to grab a few OTC meds in store. Unfortunately, my little boys were with me and were acting exactly how one would expect toddlers to behave, or misbehave. I tried my best to keep them from causing havoc in the store. I stood in front of the prescription pick-up area where it was easier for me to monitor my kids. Clearly, not in the line on the other side but I figured because there were 2 cashiers, they would serve both sides but I came to realize later that this was not the case. About 3 people came after I did and joined the line on the other side. I saw the obese pharmacist guy and simply asked if there was anyway I could have my prescription pick-up expedited seeing that I called earlier and also had these little kids who were just being more than a handful in the store. His very loud and rude reply to my request was that the line was there and 2 cashiers were already serving as he pointed at them. The way his face was made up, you would think he was having period cramps. He clearly didn’t care about good customer service. I don’t know if he thought him being the pharmacist made him better than the cashiers. You could still show good customer service buddy! I’ve only remembered one guy at that pharmacy who was customer-friendly and it was a young man with special needs. The Asian pharmacist is a lot better. Most of the time the employees at this store have a bad attitude. May not be paid enough to even wear a fake smile."
