"I ordered solid navy blue wrapping paper. My order was ready for pick up within an hour on two days before Christmas ( a very busy day). When I got to the store I was greeted and taken cared of by store associates instantly. My order was actually ready in a designated cubby. Not like other big chain stores I have purchased for picup but they star y to get your order ready when you get there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent experience I would definitely recommend."

"I'm posting these pics in hopes of getting Corporate's attention. Visited yesterday evening to pick up a few items and couldn't believe my eyes. I was unable to get around from all the boxes. Truly looked like a hoarder's home. Asked an employee, who I assumed was in management, why there were SO many boxes everywhere and was told they get shipments every two weeks but don't have the staff to put everything away. PLEASE someone help. I'm a business owner myself and understand sometimes things happen but this was like nothing I've ever seen before. Wishing this store better more organized days ahead."
