"Great food, excellent variety of tapas, delicious drinks all the time and a wonderful wine list. I have to say that most of my visits to this restaurant never disappoint, service does slow down on busy nights but overall everything flows. Their menu does change a bit seasonally therefore some dishes are not always available, I highly recommend the paella de mariscos, the ham croquettes, the truffle tortilla española, the charcuterie boards are a much and the gambas. My favorite cocktail is the alebrije, try it if you’re a mezcal lover like me."

"I had an amazing birthday celebration at Barcelona Wine Bar in Norwalk today thanks to GM Brandon Cartagena and his staff (special shoutout to the Executive Chef, Geoffrey, and our waiter, Rob). The food was absolutely delicious and the service level was beyond what I could have ever hoped for. They sent out plate after plate with a perfect variety of breakfast and lunch options. Each dish was plated/presented perfectly and everything had amazing flavor. Plus, the Mimosa bar…it doesn’t get better than this! Brandon is the reason I continue to come back to this restaurant time and time again. He treats his customers like family!"

"First, tapas are always great and I would of taken more photos if our service was better. This isn’t my 1st time at this Barcelona and the service needs work. When they are busy it’s hard for them to keep up as I watched others get the wrong items, tables coming in and getting their food before ours and if you don’t drink or are a party of 2 receive less attention. We also didn’t drink this night and in the past when we have service on returning to the table for another round didn’t happen either. I will say the manager is responsive and caring. He understood and wanted to make things right. I would love to go there more but now on several occasions the service has been delayed excessively so I am hesitant."

"My first experience going to Barcelona and it was amazing! Food was delicious! My only thing ( I waitressed for many years) don't bring someone else's food to a different table. And don't set it on the table as you deliver our food. Even for a second. Especially with how everyone is with germs. Just a reminder. Run 1 table at a time if you can't juggle the plates. Enjoy!"
