"My Kitchen sink was clogged bad and I called ADB . A pleasant man by the name of Junior came to assist. He was at my home within an hour which was a plus! He explained step by step what he was going to do and even let me look at the camera with him which was really cool to see what the problem was . He was such a pleasure to have and he worked quick and efficiently. He was out within an hour. Now that is the type of service I like .. GREAT JOB JUNIOR !!"

"Had my water main line leak due to old piping about 200 feet from the connection to the water main (behind the meter, so all if it is my responsibility). Art and Jason came out, gave a fair quote and worked through the best option to re-run new pipe. Worked me in fairly quickly to minimize water bill costs, their field crew was great and worked through some brutally cold weather to get it done. There was actually an issue a few days later when the weather warmed up with a big rain and the backfill in my driveway settled way more than anticipated. I emailed, Jason had his crew come out a few hours later, and issue was solved. This was after the bill was already paid, so it's a good sign to me of how they run their business and care about quality/service. I'm in the construction industry and wish half the companies responded / performed as well and showed the care that ADB does."

"had them come out back in 2016 for a pump out it was $270 or so which was reasonable, just had them out again and they said it would be 100 more, no biggie i suppose its been a while then they came out, and needed my help finding the tank again (i was waiting to go to work) once i used the diagram i gave them last time to locate the tank, they said the tank isn't the size they expected (remember - they've already pumped this tank before) so it would be $100 more then they charged another $60 for digging the tank i had to help them locate not great. contacted the office via email asking for a review, no response tried again a few days later, nothing, and then they charged my card for $200 more than quoted tried again the next day, nada so here's their review, avoid."
