"Made an appointment to have him come on Friday after water was leaking through our ceiling on Monday. He was reccomended by a fellow plumber who we paid to diagnose the problem. Friday afternoon was the earliest time he had availiable. We waited all week and even called him to confirm and he never showed. We called the answering service at 3pm and he never returned our call. We now have had this water problem for over a week and could have called someone else for service if he had let us know that he needed to cancel. This was super unprofessional."

"Hello. I was recently trying to schedule work with this vendor. When, Norma, representative of the vendor, decided to be disrespectful to a perspective customer. I was interested in some some basic work at one of my homes. He/She decided to rush the discussion and not gather the necessary information. It was a pathetic short discussion and he/she kept interrupting me, stating that he/she had soooo many calls coming in and needed to quickly determine what I needed. Customer service was a zero! Good luck!"
