"I called last minute on a Saturday looking for a battery. Rob checked to see if he had the model in stock and told me to come right over. My car was done within 20 minutes. Excellent friendly service. Rob is a great asset to Meineke !"

"If I could ZERO stars I would. I took my care in for Front brakes and A tire pressure sensor check. They verbally quoted me a bill of $871 before my coupon for 50% off brake parts which only took $40 off the bill. I declined to have it done there as I got a quote from a local family owned business for $300 less. When I went to pick up my car I was charged a $132 diagnostic fee. I asked for the written quote and was never given it just what was going to be done with no estimate or breakdown of parts vs. the labor fees. State law requires them to give you a written quote upon request. I spent $132 and wasted time and money to not even get my tires properly inflated to the right PSI. They not only lost a customer but I will never recommend them to anyone else. Buyer beware and stay away. Even the dealerships don’t charge this much."

I didn’t, but although they only had one mechanic working the owner gave me an estimate (which is exactly what I paid), got the parts sent over right away and did the brakes himself so I didn’t have to leave my car. 10/10 - will always bring my car there from now on."
