I could go on at length about these two Healthcare workers. Reception, records and other staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Common space always clean and have lovely plants. United Services really offers amazing mental health resources. Please keep hiring people like Janay and Amber!"

"Do not use their services. The staff is untrained and uninformed about programs. They tell you something and don't follow through. They never return any phone calls. This is the worst place ever do not use them"

"I've had issues finding good therapy places in the past, and unfortunately this one has been one of the worst yet. I had a therapist that wasn't interested in helping me improve or get healthier at all, and all they did was make me feel like I was wasting their time. It got to a point where I felt better asking to be released from therapy because it was just a huge waste of time, energy, and money for me. I continued to see the psychiatrist for my medication, and while they were really sweet, they were just as anxious and forgetful as I am. Not that long ago, I ended up getting a letter in the mail saying they were kicking me out because I failed to schedule an appointment within 90 days. In reality, they failed to call me back after I left 3 voicemails for them. Even after explaining my situation to the front desk, they just transferred me to psychiatric services and, unsurprisingly, nobody picked up the phone and I left a message. This place thought that all they needed was a new building when in reality they need entirely new staff and a new system for helping their patients. If you've taken the time to read this (and thank you if you have), don't bother with this place. Finding a welcoming and safe place while dealing with mental health issues is already hard enough, but this place takes the cake."

"Staff are known for gas lighting their patients. Would not recommend. Staff don't listen, and don't bother improving. Staff turnover rate is high. I was being treated for the wrong diagnoses."
