"This is in response to the negative reviews. 1. - Durrell Cullens - We have researched this case and would like to make mention that we are not the insurance carrier and was the agent on file. We will accept payments from our clients and subsequently make the payment on your behalf to the carrier. Any bills that are due are from the carrier directly not from our agency. We always try to reach a resolution when it comes to payments and will more often than not extend a payment plan above and beyond what the carrier will offer as we understand commercial transportation insurance can be expensive. 2. - Lorans Sokana - One of our managing partners attempted to reach out to this individual. When contact was made in an attempt to resolve the issue, our managing partner was hung up on. We did review all calls made to this individual and found that the call met our quality standards, however, we did address some items with the employee. We always strive to have the best experience possible for each and every prospect and client. 3. - Vanja Kajtez - Signed up with insurance coverage through our agency, our customer service department reached out within an hour of the policy being bound. Our process after binding your policy through our licensed agents, is to work with your dedicated client relationship manager. Policy was bound at 4:21pm EST and 1 & Done's welcome email was sent out at 5:31pm EST. Each time a certificate was requested it was sent swiftly as we looked through all documents and requests. We had several conversations with the client and always are sure to inform them of the process to request certificates. We addressed several other items with this client to fix items through our compliance department in order to assist in placing coverage (ie: filing BOC3 documents). This was done as preventive measures to ensure their authority would be granted quickly. Something we take pride in is our compliance department to recognize these potential roadblocks before they happen! As soon as their authority was granted their dedicated client relationship manager reached out to them to make them aware. After filing the insurance and BOC3, we made additional phone calls to FMCSA and this clients authority was granted in only 6 days. Per FMCSA guidelines, it can take up to 10 days for an authority to be granted. This client decided to cancel within 30 days of obtaining insurance through our agency. Our offices are open 8am - 6pm EST. COI services are nearly always available and we guarantee a turnaround time of 2-3 hours when the request is done after hours. Our clients tell us that this is often times one thing that sets us apart from other agencies. This client is located in a different timezone than that of 1 & Done. 1 & Done stands by it's customer service and dedication to each and every client."
