"They had the audacity to ask me if next time could I postpone my son's physical appointment earlier because they have so many sick children that could have got that appointment. When my son was sick they told me to go to PM Pediatrics."

"To start, the office staff is rude and unprofessional in so many ways including never billing our insurance correctly and not catching their mistake and instead slamming us with bills and rudely bringing up money in front of other patients. We actually owed NOTHING because insurance covered everything but it took months and countless phone calls for insurance to correct THEIR negligent mistakes. That’s just the beginning. The nurse didn’t record our sons vaccines and asked ME how many shots he had had at his 6 month appointment at his 9mo. I wish i was joking, I’m not. I was floored. ALSO my son had penile adhesion and the nurse ripped it back without asked me or telling me what she was doing and then proceeded to put his diaper back on without any medicine. Our son was scream crying in pain! Then she told us the wrong medicine to put in it in order for it to heal correctly.(found this out by asking our new doctor) She was also judgmental at all our our appointments. I always felt uncomfortable with her. When we tried to see a different nurse, they still set us up with her. To make it all worse, when we finally went to doctor Stewart about all of these things, he minimized and downplayed everything. He never apologized, never asked how they could fix things to make us feel more comfortable with staying at their practice- He said “i’m sure he got his vaccines” and didn’t seem that bothered that my sons vaccines weren’t recorded. Bottom line he - didn’t - care. I’ve never been more unimpressed with a doctor and his practice as a whole in my life. truth be told, we could’ve and should’ve sued and had them shut down for malpractice . Anyways, I have never written a review like this in my entire life, but i feel so strongly to steer people away for the health and well being of their own kids. Do not go here! Look elsewhere!"

"Used to be able to get in same day to be seen with a sick child when it was a private practice of Sutay & Stewart. Now that they joined Pro Heath Physicians, you can't get an appointment to have your child seen in a month. Now the new standard is to be on hold for over an hour, then their central dashboard will say they are booked solid and we'd need to get on the nurse callback list or go to urgent care. We will be leaving the practice."

"Personally seeing the below comments and ratings have me surprised. I've never had an issue with the office in anyway. Front desk staff or APRN's / doctors. Ive been seeing this office since July 2020 and no issues have occured. They do have a strict late policy that they inform you of. If you are more then 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment without warning. But that is understandable since they are so busy. I would recommend this office to people. They take in emergency appontments and when ever I call off hours I always get a phone call back by a certified APRN within the hour."

"100% unacceptable front office behavior. This office accepted my children as patients and has refused to schedule and see my children on 3 documented occasions. When I finally got an appt, the nurse was well educated and great (a polar opposite). She didn't understand why the front office wouldn't schedule my children. Clearly there is a lack of communication here. My guess, office manager responsible for schedules, probably letting their role run to their head. If your child goes here, and they refuse to see them, call your insurance! REPORT REPORT REPORT. I'm giving them 1 single last chance only because of this APRN we had seen."
