"Doctors and Nurses are very good . But the Front office staff they dont know how to talk to patients and when we call them for anything they will make us run around . They cancel the appoitment without notifying us."

"Lady who assisted me through the phone was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Went off on me after I asked a question, said that I was “coming at her” and that she was just “trying to help”. I said, “no yeah, I wasn’t trying to be rude or anything was just asking a question”. She continued to give me an attitude and she ended up hanging up on me. I asked if her if I could come in and get the paper I needed, instead of having it faxed because all I needed was a signature. Not sure where the misunderstanding happened. Had to call back and speak to someone else to help me because she didn’t even help me with my question…."

"The healthcare professionals at this facility have been exceptional, and we've been visiting here since my son's birth. Regrettably, I cannot extend the same praise to the staff. It has become increasingly difficult to engage with some of them, and this has occurred repeatedly with the same individuals. Today, a staff member abruptly terminated our phone call (telling me "bye") when I was inquiring about my child's condition. This situation has led us to consider whether it might be more prudent to explore alternative medical care options."

"My child had been a patient for almost 9 years. Awful practice to deal with ever since Dr. Sacheti merged and Pro-health took over. If you choose this office good luck getting a “sick appointment” and make sure to have PM pediatrics urgent care on speed dial. Very frustrating, since you wait on hold for 45 minutes and your call goes from being out sourced, back to the office from one person to the next. We miss her old practice and the office manager, Sarah. Not one person in the office cares about your child. The warm welcoming office that we remember is now aloof and you’re are just a number."
