"First of all they ARE NOT A BODY SHOP! Never were. They are very professional and reasonable and extremely accurate in diagnosing and repairs. They always call with an estimate before any repairs are made and there are no hidden costs. I never had to bring my car back for the same repair. "I wish I didn't have to give any stars. They "fixed" the wrong side of the car. Needed work done on the left, explaining how the damage happened... they fixed the right side instead. Then told me that I was wrong and I told then the wrong side. I described the accident purposely so they knew what side needed repairs and why. The owner is a drunk. Don't trust him."

I had to call 9 times just to get someone on the phone, and she was rude and dismissive. If the person speaking to essentially every customer speaks like this how would you expect to bring people in the door? They posted a coupon online which is the ONLY reason I considered going here, and after finally talking to someone I was told they would not honor it as I needed synthetic oil. NOWHERE on the coupon did it say that there was any limit or conditions. Avoid this place, seems like a scam. Address listed here isn't even correct. Don't bother."
