"I paid 50 dollars extra to have the cabin filter replaced only to now have it rattling every time I turn the air on. Your shop isn't in my home town so now, I'll either have to fix it myself or tolerate it until I can get back out there. For the 150 dollar price point on an pil change, a simple thing like that should be checked before I leave."

"I have used jiffy lube to mainly deal with same-day repairs for my car to pass inspection and other issues that have come up. They've been very convenient for it and I was lucky enough that they were willing and able to work on my vehicle. But I will say it's not perfect as one time a large torque wrench was left in my engine bay and I was called from jiffy lube on my way home to come back and drop off their torque wrench that they left in my vehicle. I'm glad no damage was done and nothing fell deeper into the engine while I was driving but that's very scary. I also had an appointment with them to figure out a CAT check engine light I had gotten and they said that they did not have the O2 sensor in stock to replace the part but they would call me back when they have ordered it in and they can install a brand new one in my car and they never called me back. I gave them some time and after a while I ended up calling them again about the same issue and they told me that they weren't going to do it and they're not just going to throw parts at my vehicle to fix a catalytic converter light even though they were the ones that were already planning on installing that part on my car? Lastly I had asked them check my brakes because I felt like they were very spongy and weak. I was told that my brakes were completely fine, I was still in doubt and I booked an appointment with an actual automotive place. They told me that my brake calipers were frozen shut and my rotors were in horrible condition. After that, my car brakes 10x better. For extremely simple things jiffy lube is a convenient place to use but don't expect them to go any deeper with issues or repairs. It's better just to book an appointment with an actual automotive repair center."
