"Doctors and PAs are always super kind and helpful. The front desk worker on the wellness visit side needs customer service training. How we were treated in front of everyone was appalling. Yes we were late, we spoke on the phone and said we’d be there soon due to an 18 wheeler blocking the road. We walk in, barely acknowledged and she gets on the phone talking about us as if we werent standing there. Instead of us showing up she should have told us over the phone to reschedule the visit. Wasted gas and wasted time with 2 toddlers. Really disgusted with how we were treated. If I didn’t have to go through tricare I’d find some where else to go so I wouldnt have to deal with that rude woman again."

"Worst experience going here. Kept having bone pain, fevers, headaches, exhaustion and other random issues that would make my day to day so difficult. I kept going back and they tested me for a few things via blood test and said nothing came back. Kept telling them that I was still having all these issues but they were getting worse and they told me it was normal!! Went to another doctor and she tested me for many things- turns out I had Lyme disease for over a year now, these people are rude and don’t listen to you what so ever"
