"Never have I been treated so rudely in all my life. I have a defect and went to this office for an unrelated procedure. The doctor pointed it out making me extremely uncomfortable and sad. I cried my entire ride home. After disputing my charges with the staff, I decided to just pay it even though they were wrong. During this time, they charged me late fees and refused to remove them regardless of my attempts to resolve the issue. They spoke to me so rudely, unprofessionally and mean. I have never been spoke to like that and it was unacceptable. Customer satisfaction does not exist at this office. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy."
