"…DUNKIN REVIEW…. The girl that had the braids at the register did not give good service in my opinion, no name tags so I can’t even say who she is, got my order wrong the first time by disregarding the fact that I said HOT, skim milk, caramel macchiato but proceeded to make an iced macchiato, had to tell her that it wasn’t what I asked for, she made the macchiato but it does not taste correct nor did she mark it as a caramel macchiato, forgot to give me the apple fritter until I came back, I told her “I also asked for an extra pump for espresso” which wasn’t charged for either and she had the audacity to look at me and say “hun, I’m saving you money. Cuz if I had charged you for an extra pump of espresso it’d be more expensive.” Sorry but the woman with the blonde hair talking on the phone was way more helpful towards the customers than the girl with braids and the blonde woman wasn’t even on the clock."
