"Very bad experience with the BMW service department. I have been in many BMW’s dealership across the country. I can definitely say the worse experience I faced here. I tried them with my used BMW to evaluate their service quality and pricing, I have brand new BMW and wont let them touch it. That was my first and last experience and don’t suggest them at all!"

"Recently brought in my BMW for a routine break fluid flush. They completed the service quickly, sent me a video of my car on the lift to go over a multipoint inspection, and even washed my car before returning it to me. The waiting area was clean and had plenty of snacks & drinks. Highly recommend this service center!"

"I don't normally use this particular BMW service center but after trying to call 3x and get through to service department while on a work trip I decided to hit the option for Parts. Best decision I have made. I was greeted with a friendly voice on the other end. Pete helped me with my issue from start to finish. He went as far as scheduling my emergency service for new tires and then even checked on me in the waiting room. BMW of Peabody you should be beyond grateful to have a staff member who really cares about the customer. A few of your other staff members could take a lesson from Pete."
