"Fast track, I am a first time customer today. I am having a rough time trying to reach the dealer that sold me my jeep in April. Scheduled an appointment w Fast Track and they diagnosed - repaired it, replaced a few things that were needed and it was very economical. Additionally they were quick, they have a great system in place along with having great communication; front desk to shop- technicians to the customer!!! "So glad I found this place! I was in the process of doing a bunch of DIY stuff to my car to fit much larger wheels+tires than stock, and once I got it all setup I needed a good alignment. After calling around, places were telling me that they weren’t able to give me the alignment specs I would need. All i did was give fastrack a call, tell em what I wanted, and they booked my appointment for a few days later! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They let me go in the back of the shop while the car was on the lift (which I LOVE when places do that because as a DIY person, I hate having to just drop it off and get it back, and never see what they’re doing to the car) and I was able to have a conversation with the technician working on my car, Bill, and the owner, and they expressed a few concerns and other bits of information and tips about my car, and the work I was having done, which I really appreciated. Bill, was super thorough and even caught a few mistakes I had made in my DIY, and corrected them for me. The owner explained in detail to me how certain parts of the car work and effect eachother, which I appreciated a bunch, and I learned a couple new things . The owner himself is a car enthusiast. I had a conversation with him about the best tracks in New England, and he kept listing track after track. He really knows his stuff, and actually likes to DRIVE as well. Final thoughts: If you care about your VEHICLE, and it is more than just a “means of transportation”, I wouldn’t go anywhere but fastrack automotive."

"I have officially found my new alignment shop! Drove by on a Friday morning after making an appointment, due to a shift in schedule they were able to take my car in earlier than expected. I informed them the car has all aftermarket suspension parts but it is mostly a daily driver. They setup the car to go dead straight. The price of the alignment was very reasonable as well. Thanks!"

"If you have a crooked steering wheel, go to this place without any thinking. They are absolutely awesome. My M340i had a wheel alignment in Herb Chamber BMW, they ruined my steering wheel setting and they can not center it. Fastrack let me bring my car in on next business day, they let me sit in the car to find a perfect position of the steering wheel from my driving position. This is what I like the most, I know wheel alignment are all dead green, but I need my steering perfectly straight. Those guys really understand what I'm thinking and they did fix the crooked steering wheel. Once again, awesome job!"
