"During the 28 days of treatment, it was Austin and Olivia along with the other medical personnel who figuratively held my hand to help lessen the anxiety. Austin and Olivia knew I was badly claustrophobic and not feeling well at times so they literally run back to the room as soon as each treatment was finished to release me from the mask grip. Not a second was wasted! They turned a scary time a little less scary by being friendly and caring daily. For a person who is battling medical issues, that means the world. Dr Dong is very kind, knowledgeable and explains everything well. Her nurses were kind and friendly too. All the medical staff are respectful and empathetic. The guys at the Valet were kind and efficient. The receptionist is friendly and knows you the moment you walk in after just a couple of visits. It’s nice to be called by one’s name with a smile! Being at this place, you know you are surrounded by patients who are battling a hard fight, but the staff you meet, are definitely allies and will go to battle with you with empathy and a smile."

"D'Amour has been my second home for a month and a half as I received radiation therapy. The valet's and front desk are helpful and courteous. The building is well kept, modern and clean. My treatments were with Dr. Dong and her amazing team Chris, Lauren and Sarah - All of these lovely women made a very difficult time in my life tolerable. I can't even properly convey how comfortable they made me feel, and how kind they were. I talk to so many cancer patients who have to travel so far to have treatment done, but I am lucky to have cutting edge treatments available so close to home.
