"One year after my car was repaired by IFM and i have to update my review because I am severely disappointed in the work done by the IFM technicians. The paint job they did was horrendous, and now swirls are starting to appear only on the body panels they worked on. The body lines are uneven on the same panels, and you could fit one or two fingers in the gaps between the panels they replaced. On the day it was supposed to be returned to me, one of their employees crashed my car again, resulting in an additional three weeks of repairs. The reps were rude over the phone. Truly a horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs."
