"Big fan of this NAPA store! A little while back sometime in 2018 I was driving from CT to Armonk for my job and my oil light came on just before I got to the exit for Mt. Kisco. I pulled off the exit to get out my phone and look for the nearest auto parts store and found this one. When I got to the store and purchased my oil I had a really hard time getting my oil cap off as it was frozen shut. After many attempts to get it off leaving my hands shredded I went back into the store to ask if they had a pair of pliers I could borrow. Without hesitation they took a pair off the wall and let me use them to open my oil cap without forcing me to pay for them. It made my day easier and I appreciated it a lot. Ever since I continue to come to this store before or after work to get my car parts. Thanks NAPA!"
