I then decided to go to Circle Collision and they indicated my car was not totaled. They did a fantastic job and my car looks great! Rich and all of the staff were superb!!"

"My opinions.. I recommend avoiding due to lack of customer service, low quality work, games for nearly four weeks on a one week job. Left me stranded because they forgot to book a rental. Car had straight forward cosmetic damage. After two weeks, I'm calling, no one answering, I'm emailing, the chase starts. Finally I'm told the work is done but going through quality checks. Days go by. Finally told the vehicle is ready. Well the work looks low quality with scratches all over where they freshly painted, debris sticking up through the paint, area already chipping. I found new damage they caused. Days go by, I am back to chasing, no one answering phones, put on hold for 20 minutes! At 3 weeks I get a call that the issues are corrected. I ask are they sure, they say yes, I go a second time to pickup, still looks bad. More days go by, insurance company says no more rental. I ask for updates, chase more, finally they confirm the car is not ready. Enough is enough. I looked at my car, it was still in a similar state as it was weeks earlier. They refuse to return a key. They threatened me too."
